Privacy Policy

AI & Ad Hider for Google collects nothing, tracks nothing, and transmits nothing.

What this app collects

Nothing.

What this app transmits

Nothing.

What this app tracks

Nothing.

What this app stores locally on your device

Two preferences: whether AI Overview results are hidden, and whether Sponsored results are hidden. Both default to on. These two on/off values are stored locally on your device using iOS's standard preferences mechanism in a shared container so the Safari extension can apply them. They never leave your device, are not transmitted anywhere, and are not associated with any identifier.

Analytics, cookies, third-party SDKs

None of the above are present in this app or in the bundled Safari Content Blocker extension.

This website

This website is static. It loads only first-party files plus a bundled copy of Bootstrap and Bootstrap Icons served from this same site. It uses no analytics, no cookies, no tracking, no third-party CDNs, and makes no network requests beyond loading the page's own assets.

How the extension works

AI & Ad Hider for Google is a Safari Content Blocker. It ships a declarative list of CSS selectors and URL filters. iOS Safari compiles that list once when you enable the extension and then applies it at the WebKit layer. No code from this app runs while you browse. The extension cannot see what page you are on, what you search for, or anything else about your browsing activity.

Permissions

This app requests no runtime permissions. The "Open Safari Settings" button uses Apple's standard UIApplication.openSettingsURLString deep link, which opens the system Settings app. No permission is required for that.

Data shared with Apple

When you purchase the app from the App Store, Apple handles the transaction and shares aggregate, anonymized purchase information such as download counts, refund counts, and country breakdowns with the developer for accounting purposes. This is governed by Apple's App Store privacy practices, not by this app, and the developer does not see individually identifiable purchase data.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app ever collects, transmits, or stores any data, this page will be updated before that version is released to the App Store.
